Glenn surprised me today (June 8, 2003) He had a secret recipe he wanted to make for me. And it was sooo good, and even though he almost burnt the crust I loved it! Now the Secret is OUT! Actually Cheryl from his office shared this recipe with Glenn. INGREDIENTS Fresh strawberries to fill up your pie crust 1 premade pie crust 1 package of strawberry Jello Whipped Cream DIRECTIONS Clean, slice and pre-chill your strawberries Cook Pie Crust if necessary Prepare jello with half the water called for according to directions on package, Let pie crust cool, fill with berries, put in liquid warm jello, refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes or more. Cut yourself a piece and top with whipped cream! |
